I have configured POP3 & SMTP in my PC with MS Outlook software and installed with Avast Antivirus. All the outgoing mails are appended with email signature as "This email has been sent from a virus-free computer protected by Avast. www.avast.com" How to remove this?
As real time file scan is
As real time file scan is enabled in our PC, mostly we do not need to scan the outgoing emails.
So, just disable it.
Open Avast Settings -> Active Protection -> Mail Shield (Customize) -> uncheck the box Scan outgoing mails (SMTP).
