XML - eXtensible Markup

XML - eXtensible Markup Language - a meta language that allows users to define their own customized mark-up languages, esp. in order to display documents on the World Wide Web
XSL - Extensible Stylesheet Language – It is used for the transformation of XML-based data into HTML or other presentation formats, for display in a web browser.
XSD - eXtenisbile Schema Definition. XSD's are like Document Type Definitions (DTD), but are expressed in XML. They are templates describing how an XML document or object based on the XSD should conform
